Jigi Mi Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Adedeji Adetunji, with a mailing address at PO Box 20037, White Hall, AR 71612, United States ("Jigi Mi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Jigi Mi mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Jigi Mi, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. What Jigi Mi Is

Jigi Mi helps you check your appearance before you head out, using two modes:

• Quick Check — a fast scan for small, fixable things (like a flyaway hair or a crumb) before you walk out the door.
• Full Look — an occasion-aware assessment of your outfit, with a score and specific suggested adjustments.

Every result is generated by an AI system, based on a photo you provide. Jigi Mi never rates your attractiveness, body, or worth — only your presentation: grooming, wardrobe fit, and styling for the moment. This holds true in every mode and every language Jigi Mi supports, and it's a promise we build into the instructions our AI vendor is given, not just a line in this document.

Jigi Mi is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not professional styling, medical, psychological, or grooming advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Jigi Mi. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you're old enough to use the App but not old enough to enter contracts in your jurisdiction without a parent or guardian's involvement, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You can try Jigi Mi for a small number of checks without creating an account. Continued or expanded use requires an account, created with an email and password (or a supported third-party sign-in, where offered).

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at contact@jigimi.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Photos and Content

You retain ownership of any photo you submit to Jigi Mi. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited license to process, store (only as described in our Privacy Policy), and display that photo back to you within the App, solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not sell them.

You agree that any photo you submit:

• is a photo of yourself, or a photo you have the right and permission to submit (for example, of a minor in your care);
• does not depict anyone without their knowledge or consent;
• does not contain unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Jigi Mi offers optional paid plans ("Jigi Mi Plus"):

• Monthly: $9.99, billed monthly.
• Yearly: $59.99, billed annually.

Both plans start with a 3-day free trial. After your free trial, your subscription automatically renews at the plan's listed price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region or promotion.

All payments are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly — we never see or store your payment card details. Your subscription is subject to the billing terms, refund policies, and account settings of whichever app store you subscribed through.

Managing or canceling: manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings (also reachable from Jigi Mi's Settings → Manage Subscription). Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, except as required by Apple's or Google's own policies.

Win-back offer: if you decline to start a trial, we may show you a limited-time discounted offer (currently 15% off, valid 48 hours). Its exact terms are shown at the time it's offered and are subject to change.

Free usage: a limited number of checks are available before a trial or subscription is required, shared across Quick Check and Full Look combined, per anonymous session or account — not a monthly allowance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Jigi Mi for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates these Terms or any applicable law;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or subscription requirements;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's AI prompts, models, or underlying logic;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App;
• submit content that infringes someone else's rights or that you don't have permission to submit;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. AI-Generated Results

Jigi Mi's results are generated automatically by an AI system and are provided "as is," for your own informational and entertainment use. Results may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect the photo perfectly — AI analysis has limits. You're responsible for your own decisions about your appearance; Jigi Mi is a helpful second look, not a guarantee of any outcome (social, professional, or otherwise).

8. Intellectual Property

Jigi Mi's name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the App as intended.

9. Termination

You may stop using Jigi Mi and delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the App (or features of it) at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Disclaimers

JIGI MI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIGI MI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $50 IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the App or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. Continued use of Jigi Mi after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
